The Wallace is a chic, contemporary hotel in the Upper West Side that mirrors the vibrancy of NYC - a city that, like many of our favorites, is polished in places and delightfully gritty in others. The lobby is sophisticated, with its subtle dark accents and intricately patterned black-and-white flooring, and a vibrant lounge inviting you to sink into plush leather sofas that evoke the charm of New York’s bygone era. Beyond its aesthetic allure, The Wallace offers an experience that transcends mere visual delight. Each corner of the hotel reveals a new layer of intrigue, from the meticulously crafted cocktails, to the subtle nods to the city's rich history woven into the fabric of its design. It's a place where every detail has been thoughtfully considered, ensuring that every moment spent within its walls is nothing short of memorable.

For those seeking in-room dining options or an on-site restaurant, The Wallace may not fully meet their needs. With no food service available within the hotel, guests will find themselves venturing out in search of culinary delights. While this may be an opportunity to explore the city's diverse dining scene, it could also be a drawback for those craving convenience. 

Stepping into your room, you're welcomed by a simple yet stylish setup. The decor exudes modern charm, with subtle touches of elegance sprinkled throughout. The cozy bed, complete with soft pillows, promises nights of peaceful sleep in a, rather shockingly for New York, serene environment. The cleaning service stands out for their efficiency, ensuring every corner of your room is spotless. 

Though there are some minor drawbacks, like the absence of standard in-room dining, they pale in comparison to the overall charm of The Wallace.
